Premium cast self-adhesive film, SKINTAC THE190EVO
HEXIS has developed the THE190EVO, a new generation of digital printing film. Conformability, versatility and excellent gloss finish are just some of the advantages that will allow you to use it in all circumstances. In fact, you can use this film for vehicle wrapping projects, interior decoration or even boat wraps.
The 190EVO self-adhesive film is for use with our range of high-performance PC190 or PC500 cast laminates. These laminates are available in gloss or matt and satin finishes for PC190, however it can also be matched with other cast effect laminates.
What are the benefits of this high-quality vinyl film?
The THE190EVO benefits from TAKE HEAT EASY technology. This technology provides low initial tack through the combination of a new solvent-based adhesive and a structured liner. This is a 50-micron self-adhesive film into which our chemists have incorporated a special layer to make the film more opaque. In addition, cast PVC offers excellent conformability for applications on “difficult” surfaces such as rivets or rear-view mirrors.

Our HX500WG2 self-adhesive vinyl film is a 50-micron white gloss PVC film designed for 2D+ surfaces.

Opt for a chrome-style full vehicle wrap
Our famous and unique KROMPRINT film allows you to obtain a metallic wrap with a silver mirror effect. The film is a 125-micron cast PVC. With this film, try out the 100% chrome look. The CLEARWRAP film is a 50-micron clear gloss cast PVC film with a new micro-embossed PE liner. This film allows you to customise the original colour of your car’s bodywork.
