HEXIS obtains IATF 16949:2016 certification for its Frontignan site
HEXIS, a major player in the manufacture of self-adhesive PVC films, announces that it has been awarded IATF 16949 certification for its Frontignan site, the Group’s head office.
Initially approved as ISO/TS 16949 by the ISO International Standards Organisation, IATF 16949 specifies requirements for quality management system processes that promote continuous improvement, the prevention of defects and the reduction of non-conformance and scraps in the supply chain.
This standard is internationally recognised as a benchmark in the automotive industry.
In order to obtain this quality standard at its Frontignan site, HEXIS has adopted a culture of risk assessment and prevention within its organisation, with the implementation of robust processes, rigorous quality controls and efficient management systems.

The certification for its second production site at Hagetmau (64) is already in progress and is scheduled over the course of the first quarter of 2024.
